Kelly will provide guidance on budget allocation, materials, finishes, and sourcing ideas so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. This service is ideal for clients who are comfortable executing independently after receiving professional guidance.

A comprehensive, implementation-ready design package created for clients who want a fully developed concept but plan to manage ordering and construction themselves.
Each plan includes a cohesive design concept, finish and fixture selections, dimensioned layouts, and a detailed specification book with sourcing links. One revision round is included, followed by a handoff meeting to review the plan and answer final questions before implementation begins.

The ideal time to bring us in would be when you are in the “planning” stages of your project. Depending on the scope of your project, this would be around the time when you are vetting architects, structural engineers and contractors. For projects that focus on spatial planning, furnishings and decor, the ideal time would be when the construction phase has concluded.
